Responsive design is used by high-quality websites on the Internet. With reference to website design, it is the practice of enabling a site to recognize & automatically adapt to displays on which it’s being viewed. This technology uses media queries, flexible images, and fluid grids to embrace the changes that take place on the web. This ensures your site is optimized regardless of the device that visitors are using. This helps improve the user experience.  The typical landscape/horizontal view of a responsive site on a desktop PC will appear differently which is better suited for a vertically oriented/portrait style mobile phone or tablet screen. Today, all sites are gearing towards responsive design.
